Dagger Mountain is a classic blue and white canton-themed plate design, from Mottahedeh. The dinner plate is oversized at 11.25" and can used as a charger too. The plate's center illustration encompasses a landscape of mountains and pagodas, and fishing boats (symbolizing prosperity) with birds (symbolizing freedom) flying overhead. The Classic Fitzhugh border was first used in Chinese exports for the European market in the 1780’s. We have paired these pieces with a white napkin with a denim-colored bar stitch, a blue Fourpoint placemat by Julian Mejia, gold accessories such as candlesticks and salt and pepper mills, and filled the oval tureen with gorgeous roses, for a classically beautiful table setting.
